Australia Day brings out the pride and joy of our wonderful residents and we even throw in a silly hat here and there!!
The day started off with a respectful rendition of the National Anthem and quickly turned into giggles and hearty laughter as we all celebrated how lucky we are to be as lucky as we are.
Of course we were extremely grateful for the entertainment provided by Keith and Danny just as we were especially grateful that the pin Pearl used to “POP” Kristin’s chest balloon didn’t cause any permanent damage!!
Wendy has put together a beautiful collage of some of the many smiling faces in funny hats and the fun we had. Next time you come to visit us please have a look and request a place in the queue to “POP” next year’s chest balloon. oi, oi, oi.
