I enjoy working and looking after the elderly and giving back what they have given over the years.
What is your role at Finley Regional Care? What does it involve?
I am a Residential Personal Carer, meaning I look after and meet resident’s needs. I am also a Community Carer – working with clients in their own homes and meeting their needs.
What are your qualifications?
I have a Certificate III in Aged Care and a Certificate IV in Aged Care.
What do you like most about working here?
It is a great atmosphere to work in and I enjoy listening to residents and clients.

It’s caring, pleasant, a beautiful place to work and challenging.
What has exceeded your expectations or surprised you the most since coming here?
The support that is given from other staff members and management.

I like to spend time with my family and grandchildren, and catch up with friends.
